The Nitro Cars are in town and came down to put on a show for the first round of the Nitro Max series!
With Anthony Begley debuting his latest whip – Chucky’s Toy, Emma Begley piloting the Dark Knight, Matt Abel rolling through in Nitro Thunder and Andrew Katavatis bringing the well known and well loved Beach Bomb out to play!
It was a wild nights racing, with blower issues sidelining the Dark Knight until the last round where Emma came out and pipped her Dad at the finish line and the Speed Torque crew taking the round win in Nitro Thunder!

The two heavy hitting Turbo Sedans went round for round and even taking on a few of the big blown cars!
Check these two absolute weapons out, both cars from exceptional family teams who are at the track just about every round without fail making solid passes!
The McClure’s Torana was absolutely dialled, but we know there is even more left in it… With a relativley cheap part being an oil return valve causing a few issues, but the Haltech Nexus stepping in to shut the car down and keep everything safe – Unfortunately they had to bow out early but a nice cheap and easy fix and the car will be back for next round!
