OH YEAH ENDS WITH A BROKEN ENGINE!!!

WA Outlaw Radial Cars at Round 3 of the 2020 WA Drag Racing Championship Series and featuring Roger Moorhouse in his F1R Procharged 9 Second LX Torana Sedan!

The Perth sun was out again and the track temp was steaming for most of the afternoon, the field was a little lighter in terms of numbers this round but the cars that were able to make it definitely came ready to put on a show.

Once the track came around we had a decent run with the cars getting back to where they wanted to be ET wise, highlight of the night being a side by side 7 second pass by the two heavy hitting Commodores of Jarred Dowdell and George Kelly.

Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control the night finished early but the boys are revved up to go again next round!

BARRA POWERED FALCON “EBLUBLY” AT WOODSTOCK KELLERBERRIN

Jason Tanian has one of the Cleanest sounding naturally aspirated engines in the Burnout Scene and the Cleveland onboard his XD Ute “KENOATH” continues to get punished on a regular basis.

I took my ute up to Kellerberrin for the 2nd round of the WA Burnout Championship and things didn’t go to plan.

First Burnout had a Tyre Fire, 2nd Burnout the Fuel pump switch cover vibrated and turned the pump off and the 3rd skid ended with an Engine that’s now locked up..

Got some work ahead of me to get it sorted before Motorvation.

Joel Snell takes 3rd place in the Blown Class at Woodstock Kellerberrin in his Supercharged VE Commodore after Fixing a couple of electrical issues during qualifying.

Jack Proudfoot has a HUGE Tyre Fire at Woodstock Kellerberrin in his “FRY GMH” Commodore.

We were lucky enough to be invited along to the Make Smoking History Targa West 2020 Tarmac Rally and even luckier to be a part of covering the absolute pocket rocket 2019 Lotus Exige Targa GT!

Piloted by Peter Rullo and Navigated by Jimmy Marquet, the boys absolutely let loose on Day One and the Lotus was on kill mode through the local bushland of Whiteman Park, on the state of the art Wanneroo Raceway and through the suburban streets of Ellenbrook. The combined experience and talent between Peter and Jimmy made for a force to be reckoned with.

Mike (WA Racing Developments) also a highly experienced resource when it comes to all things motor racing followed closely with laptop in hand and a support car full of tools, kept a close eye on the car setup, reviewed the racelogs after each stage and ensured the car was dialled in to deliver everything Peter commanded of it.

Day One (Thursday 22nd October) kicked off with the official start to the event at Forrest Place in the heart of Perth City, followed by 4 Special Stages out at Whiteman Park, then off to Wanneroo Raceway for 2 Special Stages and then finished in Ellenbrook for the final 2 Special Stages of the day.

A massive amount of time and effort went into this… As much of a perfectionist as I am, I have to say – I think this is one of the best videos I have filmed, compiled, edited and produced to date. I really hope you enjoy this one.
