Matt Payne and Penrite Racing delivered a tactical masterclass to claim a stunning victory in Race 13 of the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship at Symmons Plains Raceway. Capitalising on a mid-race Safety Car and opting for a second compulsory stop while others committed to longer stints, Payne surged from 11th on the grid to snatch victory by just 0.05s in a photo finish over Broc Feeney.
Brad Jones Racing will become one of two teams fielding the new Toyota GR Supra in the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship, as part of Toyota Australia’s long-awaited entry into the category.
