For the first time in nearly two years the State Speed Event Series will be returning to Wanneroo Raceway with 64 entries ready to tear up the track. All eyes will be on the top tier with some top level drivers bringing out some very fast open wheelers including Cosi Sorgiovani’s V8 Dallara
Two Time Attack events will be held this weekend at the Wanneroo Raceway facility in Perth, Western Australia with the first run under the Tarmac Sportz Series banner for the WA Sporting Car Club aimed at those just getting into the sport and then the more expansive Infinite Time Attack on Sunday
After a massive two day start to the West Australian circuit racing season, the individual categories head off to Collie Motorplex to continue their own championships away from the WA Sporting Car Club championship
The WA Sporting Car Club is running with a two day race format over six race meets this year and the first one has been run, won and done with 11 categories appearing over the two day event.
Held over two days with a spread of cars ranging from Dallara F3’s to Hyundai Excels the State Speed Event Series WA is an event to check out if you’re wanting to see a variety of cars on track giving it their all to top the charts.
The WA Sporting Car Club will be running 13 events as part of the Tarmac Sportz Series for 2022 which is aimed at getting potential motorsport participants out on track at a value price. So what are the events and what is required to enter?
