Chris Erceg takes the Award for the “WILDEST Gearbox Explosion” I’ve filmed in a long-time. His Blown HX One Tonner “BLOWNX” annihilates the Gearbox and tailshaft in spectacular fashion during the Bindoon Burnouts Finals.
Amazing effort by the Track crew to get this sorted in under 10 seconds from the initial explosion.
Rob Cottrell makes the trip from the East Coast for an assault on the 50m x 50m Bindoon Burnout Pad and takes home the Pro Class Win and $10,000 Prize for this awesome Burnout in his Blown Injected LS powered XD Falcon “4DH8RS”.
Bindoon Burnouts is on this weekend and is looking to be the BIGGEST one yet. Only 1 hour North of Perth it’s definately worth a trip check out the action.
With huge prize money on offer along with 2 Summernats Pro Burnout Tickets and 2 Wildcard Tickets it’s going to be hotly contested Final on Saturday night after Friday Open pad and Saturday qualifying.
I was at the Festival of Speed to film the Burnouts but managed to capture one of the Drift Crew sessions at Turn 1. Including Mad Mike Whiddett, Mitch Larner and several other awesome drifters.
