Whenever you’re playing with Cars there’s bound to be set-backs, and the team behind ADHD VK found out today that nothing ever goes to plan.. After a complete re-vamp of the car in preparation for Summernats which included a Brand new Mechanical fuel system, complete re-wire, gearbox, converter and numerous other improvements all it takes is 1 little thing to F*ck up your day.

With the car on the Tune Corp dyno and going through the warm-up process the head gasket has failed in spectacular fashion in a shower of flames and sparks cutting the Dyno session short.

The VK Commodore is running a 370 Cube (6 Litre based) LS, with an 8/71 Blower Shop Supercharger with around 20 pounds of boost and a Fowler Injection Hat with a Custom machined intake, 2 Speed Glide and 9 Inch Diff.

The team now has a week to sort the issue before Reece and crew leave for Summernats.

Please note that Pro West DID NOT Build the Engine, they were only involved in redesign of the Fuel System.
