One of the most featured Rotaries on the channel would have to be Todd’s RX7 who hasn’t missed many (if any) race rounds, you’ll find this Red Rocket in just about every Top Sportsman/Comp video on the Channel.

Super consistent and Super fast and always makes for some awesome video stills with the mother of all flames when he’s on the two step!

A car that you may or may not have seen before in our other videos, Colin’s Ford Probe Pro Stock car which without any doubt makes full use of the ENTIRE RPM Rev range on the tacho.

The car regularly runs in Top Sportsman against the other high revving Pro Stock cars and Rotaries and was another one of the Big Tyre cars who made the most of the Private Track hire after all of the track prep was carried out.

We managed to catch a few cracking runs, and one very loose (but well saved run), have a listen to this SCM Tuned Big Block SING on the top end camera!

The “Pineapple” made the most of the opportunity to come down and have a go at beating its previous PB on this freshly prepped track.

Unfortunately the Clutch Slipper had other ideas and decided it need ALL the power INSTANTLY for every launch – (the car still runs a manual transmission and clutch!) which meant for some very spicy starts which were a little too aggressive for the small tyres under the back of the yellow ute!

Tim and the Pineapple Datsun 1200 Ute regularly compete in the Outlaw Radial Championship Drag Racing Series which if you’ve watched any of those videos or playlists on our channel you should be very familiar with this car…. It’s a proper head turner!

We waited a long time to see these land rockets go side by side down the quarter mile, and they turned it up for this round!

One Jet show is impressive but two are something else, from the choreograhped smoke and fire show to get the crowd’s attention on the start line to full tilt passes all the way through the 1/4 mile!

The round where this class shines, the main event! The Nitro fuelled Funnycars and Altereds that shake the whole venue down!

With the last Blown Car Video cover proving to be an eye catcher it was a no brainer giving the honours to ‘The Jester’ Blown HSV Maloo Ute!

One of a handful of cars that are relatively new to the Channel but having been raced in the past, was an awesome opportunity to be able to grab some footage of this one as who doesn’t love a good Australian based car with a Blower Hanging out of the bonnet! (Or Hood as our friends in the States like to call it)

We’ve said it many times, what’s not to love about this category, this is what really gets people of all ages attention – the biggest baddest blown production inspired cars in Drag Racing. Most of the Doorslammers are relatable in that people would have owned the road going variants in the past or even to this day, and to see them built to this level and run them flat out and on the absolute edge is pretty difficult to become a boring passtime to anyone.

Big Blowers, Big Tyres, Bold Colours and Big Noise, the perfect combination.

As with the previous Blown Car video, the sound of these cars coming at our new top end camera at full noise and at full RPM is like nothing you would have ever heard before even watching these cars unless you have managed to stand right at the end of the track!

And just like that we are into Round 5 of the Championship Season, Top Sportsman + Comp and this time with radial car thrown in the mix… as the additional categories for the Night of Fire Round meant not quite enough room to squeeze in a dedicated Radial Round.

The Radial Car being the Mumbo Trans AM, with Kev never one to miss a round of racing so makes the most of the opportunity to slot in and have a go with these guys, which he did…. albeit a little too ambitiously at the tree though for these seasoned pro’s!

The usual great range of cars and combo’s, this one has at least one combo that would suit everyone, and they’re all fast…. like, proper fast!

Turbo’s, Nitrous, Rotaries, Huge Cube Big Blocks (as in Monstrous!….. 780 cubic inch in the Mustang GT500 Pro Stock Car!!)

Always an awesome field to watch, and now with our new top end camera (which has effectively tripled our editing workload) have a listen to these things coming at the camera at full noise…. These cars pull some serious RPM, wait until you hear what that actually sounds like!

Among other things these wild rail cars have to offer, an engine letting go at full noise across the finish line is definitely one thing that’s going to make for a massive moment no matter what the car.

The Topolino was running on song all day long, unfortunately the bottom end had other ideas and poor Nick was basically along for the ride at that moment. It’s frightening to watch how quick things take a turn with the Altered making a sharp turn to the right across the opposite lane and straight into the wall – flipping the car onto it’s roof coming to a stop several hundread metres away from where it all unfolded.

Nick was thankfully ok, and the car is repairable! We do hope to see this one back out as it is a pretty gangster looking drag car!

For the most part all of the Dragsters featured in this one have been at just about every meet so far and all doing very well and have been super reliable to date, a few seriously fast Blown Dragsters in the mix too so if you love your Blown Car/Dragster Action then this should hit the spot!

It was awesome seeing Rach’s Dragster back and racing exactly where it left off after a completely new chassis rebuild due to crashing and destroying the chassis in the last video!

If you love these long wheeled skinny (front) tired rails, then this video should be right up your alley!
