After smashing a few sets of tyres on the Cruise route during the day, I hit the Snakepit in my 532 Cube BBF XC Ute “OLD HOON” for Qualifying on the Saturday night. Unfortunately, a gearbox leak started the Tyre Fire and once alight was not going out in a hurry.

With a Heavy right foot and a whole heap of revs from the Blown Motorsports Mechanically Injected BBC, Matt James takes 3rd place in the Blown Class at Motorvation 37 in his VF Ute “UNWANTED”.
The placing also secures a Burnout Masters Ticket for Summernats 2024.
With this impressive wheelwork and a whole heap of revs from the BNR Engine, Daniel Catalano takes the Runner-up spot in the Blown Class at Motorvation 37 in his Supercharged SBC powered 40 Series Landcruiser “BLOWN40”.
The placing also secures a Burnout Masters Ticket for Summernats 2024.
Mick Hamon takes on the Motorvation Final in his Insane XY Falcon “WIDE OPEN”. With a whole boot load of revs from the BNR Engine and some huge speed on the Tip-in the momentum carried him into the wall, not to be deterred he them drove the wheels off the Falcon.
ATRISK shows how you score 12 out of 10 for Instant Smoke on the Burnout Scorecard, from the second Peter Grmusa hit the Throttle on his Blown Injected BBC powered XR Falcon “ATRISK” the amount of smoke he created was next level and with a huge tip-in it was clear he was on a mission.
Having never skidded at the Motorplex before he unfortunately got lost in the smoke and went into the wall. It appears to look worse than it is with the Front Guard taking the brunt of it. Hope you get is sorted soon Pete.
