Another car that’s been around for a little while but just hasn’t lined up with us being at the track to get it on camera – the carbon fibre Colorado!

Originally built by Reaper Performance, the car has a full carbon front end (bonnet/gaurds/bumper) and was one of two carbon cars with the other (a 4 door)being full carbon fibre shell and all.

In the hands of new owner, who you’d probably recognise on the channel from piloting everything from the Nitro Altered (Chucky’s Toy) & Nitro Funnycar’s to the HZ Twin Turbo Radial Ute (along with Connor), and more than likely a handful of other cars – Anthony Begley…. Brought the ute down for some testing on Slicks (car had previously been setup and run on radials and had gone well into the 8’s!

The ute definitely was a different beast on radials and managed to really put the rear end to work, enough that it’s actually going to need a few changes/upgrades by Lundy (who you’d also be familiar with on our channel from building and working on alot of the radial cars featured, to more recently absolutely smashing records in his SN95 Radial Mustang!).

Very much looking forward to watching the progression on this one now that it’s back out and about again, and having this one back on the channel very soon!

I don’t think Chris has missed a test day (yet), this little rotor is definitely not driven just on Sundays…. If we were to take a guess, I think Chris would be looking opportunities not to drive it more than the other way around… But we are more than happy to keep having it on the channel either way!

This Series 3 is always exciting to watch, and it has no trouble whatsoever lifting that nice and light rotor powered front end plenty high enough!

We’ve said it before, but this is 100% a true sleeper spec RX7 with a T56 manual driven and is driven to and from the track with just a rear wheel changeover….

Nothing like debuting a car on our channel and what an absolute ripper this one is, a car that made it into the Top 60 Elite at Summernats on it’s First time out in 2020… And went onto win Grand Champion at Red Centre Nats in 2022!!

And it’s not all show/go either, this is a true street/strip car with the owner doing a 160km round cruise just a couple of Sundays ago – what an absolut gem of a wellbody HQ ute.

The ute did not muck around and pulled some solid numbers for one of it’s first outings, and with a track that was hungry for power it provided a good solid foundation to start getting into the tuning side of what the car is capable of doing.

Two Altereds with very different setups came to play this round, Brett’s Naturally Aspirated Nitromethane Altered is one of a kind – with the team at ADR Engines really putting in some serious R&D into getting this unique combo all tuned up.

The other, James’ Hot Orange Blown Nitro burning Altered has a bit of a helping hand with a bucket load of Boost thrown into the mix!

Both are equally awesome, is anything burning Nitro ever not though!?

Another huge video of the open wheeled point and shoot rails, both BLOWN and Naturallly Aspirated!

This die hard group of guys and girls love racing down the quarter, with every Altered & Dragster being as unique as the next it’s a pretty awesome field to watch go head to head.

These cars are built to go straight and fast, and for the most part they do – until they don’t… More in the directional department than the speed department! Rach unfortunately found herself a wheel short in the Dragster and did a pretty spectacular drive job keeping the Dragster off the walls and causing any further damage. Unfortunately the chassis sustained a pretty decent twist during the incident but the team managed to turn this entire car around (with a new chassis) within the space of just a couple of weeks and you’ll see Rach back out again in the next Dragster video running the car literally where it left off in the new chassis.

For the most part all of the Dragsters featured in this one have been at just about every meet so far and all doing very well and have been super reliable to date!

If you love these long wheeled skinny (front) tired rails, then this video should be right up your alley!

SUPERCHARGED VZ UTE “HAZDOUS” AT BRASHERNATS

That time of the week again, let’s be honest I think everyone just waits for Thursday’s for these ones to come out!!

What’s not to love, more horsepower than you can poke a stick at, more action and more insane driving right to the finish line for just about every one of these passes. These guys and girls are crazy, but the show they put on we could never get sick of watching!

This is what gets the kids and anyone not into Drag Racing already, into Drag Racing. Big Blowers, Big Tyres, Bold Colours and did we mention the Noise? All of that combined makes just about the perfect combination.

I’m sure the thumbnail sets the scene for the video nicely, but it has to be on par with a Hollywood Blockbuster… It has everything! Wait until you hear this bunch coming at our new top end camera at full noise…. These cars pull some serious RPM, wait until you hear what that actually sounds like! The sound delay alone is just crazy but this view adds a whole other dimension to the whole experience we try and provide – we hope you enjoy!
