Some pretty awesome racing in this category, Day One of the Westerns was not short of excitement with the thumbnail giving away the big one – a Massive High Speed Top End Crash in the GXP, luckily Jodi was ok and walked away from it but we never like watching that unfold as we are behind the camera!
The field is full of insane cars, from Errols DeStroked Barra BA Falcon, to the high revving V8 powered S15, the Gullotto Soarer which you’ve probaby seen a lot of on our channel along with the McClures Torana – all of these cars and more!

MOTORVATION 36 – CRUISE THE TRACK – PART 5
Mr Radial – Kevin Boulton in the Twin Turbo BBC Trans AM ‘Mumbo’ went head to head with Glen’s Bad to the Bone 330 SB2 67 Chevy Nova ‘Pozest’ for two days straight, with the Nova putting down some solid passes, chipping away at his PB’s.
It was a small field with just the two American Powerhouses, but the racing was solid with both cars performing well, Kevin trying to get that ET back down to the low 7’s and with tuning cookies in hand for Mike – trying to finally get Mumbo into the elusive 6 second zone… which we are confident with the right track and right conditions we will see!
Unfortunately the bonnet on the Nova had other ideas and crossed the finish line halfway to the moon, Glen has a few things cooking and we expect to see the Nova back with a new bonnet and a few more goodies hiding underneath (or not hiding at all!).

A while ago we spoke with Ian Board from the Junior Dragsters here in Western Australia. We mainly spoke about the association, history of the sport and the various competitors in it. In this episode, recorded back in 2021, we very much focus on the family racing history and the future.
A tough weekend for the only West Australian in the field at Phillip Island with some mechanical gremlins creeping in and no qualifying time set due to another car having an incident in qualifying, however plenty of support from back home lifted his spirits.
You’ve got to feel a bit for the Red Bull team. A decent showing all weekend and some great battles with Ferrari all culminating in no points for the weekend. What happened?
Alexandra Speedway once again held a terrific race meeting with plenty of fast paced racing and some bingles along the way as Damien Miller in the Sports Sedans Power Series round and Kasey Garlick in the Wingless Sprints Cup took out the big wins.
Rushworth Speedway hosted another terrific night of family entertainment on Saturday night when a programmed packed with variety produced some outstanding racing and impressive results
After starting P5 on the grid and looking like finishing in P5, the late mechanical issues with the Red Bull’s of reigning champion Max Verstappen and teammate Sergio Perez handed Hamilton a return to the podium in Bahrain.
