Daylesford Speedway continued their recent busy run of race meetings with the annual Easter race meeting run on Sunday. The big event of the weekend was the Balshaw Memorial for the Daylesford Modifieds whilst other classes competed in Easter Cup day

Alexandra and District Speedway Club for the second weekend in succession has held a successful and entertaining race meeting with titles on the line in a terrific two-night show

Stuart Hope takes the Runner-up spot in the Sportsman Class at Burnout King in his mate’s VN Commodore “KWINANA BANANA”.

Dayne Bairstow takes the Sportsman Class Win at Burnout King in his Barra powered XG Ute “HAVEAGO”.

Jamie Ball takes 5th Place in the Pro Class at Burnout King in his Supercharged EFI LSX Holden Ute “SHITTORQUER”.

Matt James returns to the Burnout Pad after a short break and picks up where he left off with some serious punishment of his Blown Big Block Ute “UNWANTED”.

Matthew Hughes pays tribute to his fallen mate David Shaw with this awesome skid at Burnout King. Running the license plates ” R U SHAW” for the final time not only did Matt place 3rd in the Pro Class with this Burnout but he surprised the Shaw family with a complete respray of his Blown Injected Mazda to match David’s Street Car.

After a successful debut at Motorvation Chris Orchard turns up the Heat at Burnout King with this awesome skid in his 358 cube Nascar powered VH Commodore “THE GAME”. Sitting at 9,000rpm there’s not many better sounding naturally aspirated combos in the Burnout Scene.

Good Friday became Good Fryday for some (un?)luck tires at Perth Motorplex for the annual Burnout King event. Rounding out the event were two face off burnouts with two cars entering the pad from either end and going bonnet to bonnet
