On Monday May 18th, McLaren boss Zak Brown will be joining a stacked field of competitors for the first Celebrity race of the Supercars eSeries.

Brown is also part owner of the Walkinshaw Andretti United Supercars squad and in 2019 he confirmed he would dedicate more time to the outfit. In the midst of the 2021 Formula 1 driver change contracts seeing Carlos Sainz depart for Ferrari and Australian Daniel Ricciardo join the McLaren squad, he’s been also getting some practice in on his simulator.

Brown will be driving a ZB Commodore around the famed Mount Panorama circuit and I’m sure he would have leaned on his driver Lando Norris for some tips on handling the car after Norris competed in a previous round of the series.

Monday’s Celebrity Supercars Erace at Bathurst will begin at 7pm (AEST).

The race will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 506 following the Supercars SideTracked program. It will also be broadcast live on Supercars’ Facebook page, Twitch and YouTube.
