For the first time in nearly two years the State Speed Event Series will be returning to Wanneroo Raceway with 64 entries ready to tear up the track. All eyes will be on the top tier with Peter Morley, Tom Hamlett in Cosi Sorgiovani's V8 Dallara, John Webb, Stuart Burns and Cameron Burns all bringing out F1000s
However the upset of the round could come from the tin top of Laine Brandis with his Time Attack spec R32 Skyline hitting the track which is known for loud, fast laps.
Ray Ferrari and Marcel Every will not be competing after they ran out of time to rebuild their F1000 that had engine failures at the last round in Collie.
Event starts at 10am at Wanneroo Raceway, spectators welcome in the park and view areas around the track.
