The Rome E-Prix returns on Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10 with 100% capacity for the public, one of the first major international sporting events in the country after the end of the state of emergency for Covid-19.

This year it will be possible to watch the race from one of the different stands or from the Green Arena, a lawn area overlooking the track and set up with refreshment stands and large screens.

It will therefore be possible for fans to access the event area with the basic Green Pass, thanks to the measures approved by the Council of Ministers and in force since April 1.

Formula E, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for spectators, will continue to apply spacing measures in the Allianz E-Village and will maintain the limited capacity in the Green Arena.

Thanks to the increased capacity, additional tickets have been made available for the Rome E-Prix. Prices range from 72 euros for the grandstands to 29 euros in the Green Arena, with reductions for the under-16s and special weekend packages. All those in possession of a ticket will also have access to the Allianz E-Village with activities for the whole family and a wide range of gastronomic offerings. Inside there will be a gaming area, where spectators can challenge themselves and compete on simulators to establish the best score, meet the drivers in the autograph session and participate in the front row at the podium ceremony.

Legacy: the legacy that Formula E leaves to the territory. Just a few weeks after the double leg of the Rome E-Prix, the legacy program for the city of Rome, launched in collaboration with Roma Capitale and the Department of Major Events, Sports, Tourism and Fashion. In the coming days, in fact, will be announced all the projects started in which will be involved not only the EUR, but also other municipalities.

With a view to creating value for the territory, Formula E has also joined the project of the Association "Ripartiamo dall'Eur" and will donate to the neighborhood five defibrillators that will be delivered on the occasion of the race. Two of them will be placed at Farmacia Imbesi (Viale Europa) and Corsetti (Viale dell'Aeronautica) and the remaining ones will be assigned to the State Police (Commissariato Esposizione), to the EUR Carabinieri Station and to the IX Group of the local Police. As in previous editions, Formula E carried out resurfacing work on most of the road surface along the entire area covered by the track.

Thanks to the contribution of the Department of Major Events, Sports, Tourism and Fashion, one thousand students of the fourth and fifth year of the selected Secondary Schools will also have the opportunity to participate, on Friday, April 8, to an educational day together with the organizers of Formula E. The students will have the opportunity to discover the behind the scenes of the Eur street circuit and the Pit Lane, to deepen their knowledge on the different aspects of the organization of the event and sustainability, to participate in the tests of the Podium, concluding the day with the shakedown.

One thousand tickets will be made available for the selected students for the race on Saturday 9 April and another thousand for the one on Sunday 10 April.

"We are very excited to finally be able to host the public again after 3 years of absence. The warmth and enthusiasm of the fans is what makes the event special. The Rome E-Prix will be an opportunity to celebrate together the end of the state of emergency and return safely to the events. The Rome E-Prix confirms itself as the most exciting street circuit - said Margot McMillen, Formula E Event Director -. The activities promoted by our legacy program confirm our virtuous synergy with the Capitoline Administration. The objective of Formula E is, in fact, to spread the principles of sustainable mobility, promoting activities that involve citizenship and schools in the area".
