Continuing on from some of our other not so ultimate guides, this week we bring you the Not So Ultimate Guide to the 2022 Bunnings Trade Perth Supernight. The return of Supercars to Perth after a two year hiatus!

The number one thing you must know is that there will be NO ATMs. Bring cash with you or go cashless which is preferred.

WHEN AND WHERE

Honestly if we have to tell you WHERE, maybe you need to return to the rock you’ve been living under. But we’ll indulge you. Wanneroo Raceway is located on Wattle Avenue East in Neerabup, Western Australia approximately 50km north of Perth.

We highly suggest taking advantage of the free public transport on offer from Transperth and park AWAY from the track.

If you MUST park at the track, then Gate 3 on Wattle Avenue will be your point of entry, Gate 4 is a public drop off point, also on Wattle Avenue.

There is a secondary Car Park located in Peak Road, off Mather Drive and access directly from the Freeway via Neerabup Road/Flynn Drive. A shuttle bus will run from The Mather Drive Car Park to Gate 35.

A continuous shuttle will operate between Mather Drive Car Park and Wanneroo Raceway and return.

Did we mention the free public transport?

SUPERCARS

The Supercars will be on track for the first time on Saturday morning at approximately 10:20 am for their first practice.

Supercars will be running three 46 lap races with Race 1 (or Race 10 if you look at it from the championship point of view) will be held on Saturday with an expected starting time of 6:40pm.

The other two races will be Sunday at 12:05pm and 15:45pm.

DRIVER AUTOGRAPHS

Drivers will be appearing at the back of their garage for about half an hour from 4.30pm on Saturday. Get in line early if you want to meet your favourite driver and get a signed poster. Please be respectful of everyone as we know this time gets a bit pushy at most events as everyone wants to see their drivers.
