Up until the end of 2019, Wanneroo Raceway had hosted 89 ATCC/Supercars Races to Symmons Plains’ 84 but with COVID affected seasons in 2020 and 2021, Symmons Plains has overtaken Perth for the most races at an active track.
The race is now on for circuits to reach 100 races with Perth returning to the top of the pecking order this coming Supercars round when it will finish with 92 races.
Although Wanneroo Raceway leads the race stakes, it has only held 43 championship rounds while Sandown has recorded 52.
