They say all good things must come to an end and for 2021 at least the Tarmac Sportz Series Point 2 Point event on the 19th June will be the last one .. for this year.
The layout utilises a starting point of Jack’s Hill and enters the main track at the beginning of Turn 6. However instead of going into the bowl, you head reverse direction up the track into Turn 5 with a quick detour via the old pits, down through turn 4 and then reverse down the esses which from all reports of drivers is breathtaking to do, around turn 1, down the main straight, sharp hairpin turn into the infield pits area, down and around the garages, into the infield area, out onto the back straight before finishing at the end of turn 7.
The best view for spectators will be in the park and view areas of Turn 4 / the esses and on top of the infield pits areas. Unfortunately Jack’s Hill isn’t the best for spectators, but watching the cars come flying down the esses in reverse is something that needs to be seen in person!
