Generally one would say perhaps the officials would have the best seat as they are front line to all the action on track and get to interact with the competitors and fans.
But maybe the competitors who are driving around the track have the best seat in the house? They get to compete in usually fast vehicles and indulge their passion.
What about the fans at the event? No responsibilities other than abiding by safety restrictions, watching something they enjoy with friends and family on a day out.
The commentators who get to talk all day about their passion from a usually airconditioned box?
