After a bit of a hiatus the Stadium Super Trucks are set to return to the Supercars line up with 7 events in 2021.

Current races that the Stadium Super Trucks will appear at are Tasmania, Darwin, Townsville, Sydney Motorsport Park (which could be an opportunity to run under lights!), Perth, New Zealand with the finale for 2021 in the Gold Coast.

The category is definitely a fan favourite featuring two wheel action, jumps, true door to door bump racing and more however after a tyre left its vehicle and struck the pedestrian bridge over Wanneroo Raceway, combined with series owner Robbie Gordon getting charged with a dangerous driving offence by Northern Territory police for performing burnouts in a Super Truck in Darwin city centre, the series was put under the microscope by Motorsport Australia, operating as CAMS.

The ban was lifted after modifications were made to the vehicles to tether the wheels.

Here’s our favourite clip from Wanneroo Raceway, with a little extra added!
